Dr. Jack L. Oxenrider serves as a Vice President of Hillsdale College. Since 1987, he has led and made Hillsdale College’s Dow Leadership Center the site of one of the nation’s top Executive Education programs. He has set the pace in the application of positive psychology to leadership and teamwork in the modern business/organization. His unique and widely acclaimed seminars have helped thousands of men and women, like you, increase their effectiveness. Utilizing the executive education participative leadership and teamwork principles, Jack facilitates a team responsible for facility, staff, program, operations and marketing of the Center. Jack is the Instructional Team Leader for each of the Executive Education programs, having created, written and designed them. He has worked one-on-one with 2700 leaders from 771 companies, nationally and internationally, including Fortune 500 and family businesses. These are business leaders whose titles include owners, chairmen, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, presidents, vice presidents, directors, managers, MDs, PhDs and lawyers. 99.8% of our customers rank our work as best ever or top 10% and recommend us to others.
Jack has 30-plus years of experience in Leadership and Teamwork. He has developed, trained and facilitated teams in the areas of project planning, research, operations, construction, self-management, marketing, departmental, governmental, nonprofit, church and community. Jack has authored numerous articles on teamwork. He also created and copyrighted the Creative Root Cause Analysis process that is published and distributed worldwide as a team effectiveness problem-solving tool.
Jack is a private business consultant, author, Founder and CEO of the Center for Creative Teamwork. Through this trademark company, he created and published numerous team and leadership products that include: Driving Team Performance, Unifying Team Purpose, Discovering Team Operandi, Making Team Decisions, Taking Team Risks, Tapping Team Creativity, Resolving Team Conflict and Planning Team Strategy.
