Dr. Jack L. Oxenrider serves as a Vice President of Hillsdale College. Since 1987, Jack has lead The Dow Leadership Center, a division of Hillsdale College and has made it one of the nation’s top Executive Education programs. He has set the pace in the application of positive psychology to leadership and teamwork in the modern business/organization. His unique and widely acclaimed seminars have helped thousands of men and women, like you, increase their effectiveness. Amid an accepting, non-judgmental, non-threatening environment, you are exposed to clinically valid and accurate assessments that provide practical insight into oneself, an organization and team. Every program culminates in a realistic, achievable growth plan. Utilizing the Executive Education participative leadership and teamwork principles, he facilitates a team responsible for facility, staff, program, operations and marketing of the Center. Jack has created, written, designed and is Instructional Team Leader for each of the Executive Education programs. Jack has served as consultant to companies that include Hewlett-Packard, State Farm Insurance, Abex Aerospace, Kokosing Construction Company, NICOR and Sprint.

In Dr. Oxenrider’s 30-plus years of experience, he has developed, trained and facilitated teams in the areas of project planning, research, operations, construction, self-management, marketing, departmental, governmental, nonprofit, church and community. Jack has authored numerous articles on teamwork. He also created and copyrighted the Creative Root Cause Analysis process that is published and distributed worldwide as a team effectiveness problem-solving tool.
